Refund & Return Policy
7-Day Inspection Period
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery (as determined by the tracking number) to report any defects, damages, or shipping errors. To start a claim, you must contact us at creativeruggedbeard@gmail.com with:
Your Order Number.
Clear photos of the item and the specific defect or damage.
After the 7-day window has passed, Creative Rugged Beard LLC is unable to offer replacements or refunds.
Non-Returnable Items (Made-to-Order)
Because our products are created specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," style preference, or incorrect sizing.
In-House Patch Hats: These are engraved and finished by hand per order. Due to the nature of leather and the laser-engraving process, slight natural variations in texture or color are expected and are part of the "rugged" character of our brand. These are not considered defects.
Custom & Personalized Gear: All sales are strictly final for items featuring customer-provided photos or custom text (e.g., the Protective Dad collection). We are not responsible for the print quality of low-resolution or blurry images provided by the customer.
Production Partner & Sizing Disclaimer (POD Apparel)
Creative Rugged Beard LLC partners with professional Print-on-Demand (POD) providers for our apparel (T-shirts and Hoodies). Because these items are printed at the time of purchase by a third-party partner, we are bound by their strict manufacturing policies:
No Sizing Exchanges: Each apparel listing includes a specific sizing chart. Since we do not stock physical inventory for POD items, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes ordered. Please double-check your measurements before completing your purchase.
Partner Discretion: Any claims for printing errors or damaged apparel are subject to our production partner's verification. We must receive your report within our 7-day window to successfully file a claim for a replacement.
Damages & Manufacturing Errors
If an item is truly defective (e.g., a hole in a garment, a broken hat snap, or a significant printing error not caused by low-quality customer art), we will work to provide a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible due to stock availability, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
