Shipping Policy

Production & Processing Times

Every item at Creative Rugged Beard LLC is made-to-order specifically for you. This means we do not pull pre-made items off a shelf; we create them once your order is placed.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for our team (and our production partners) to manufacture, quality-check, and package your order.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will ship via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or DHL). Shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business daysdepending on your location.

Total estimated delivery is usually 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Important: Multiple Shipments

To get your gear to you as quickly as possible, we use a hybrid fulfillment model.

  • Patch Hats are handcrafted and shipped directly from our headquarters in Indiana.
  • Apparel (Shirts/Hoodies) are printed and shipped by our professional production partners.

Please Note: If you order both a hat and a shirt, they will likely arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment as they leave the respective facilities.

Shipping Rates & Limitations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • International Shipping: At this time, Creative Rugged Beard LLC does not offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy & Delivery

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. If a package is "Returned to Sender" due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (USPS/UPS), Creative Rugged Beard LLC is no longer responsible for the package. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues or file a claim for stolen mail.

Order Tracking

You will receive an automated email with tracking information the moment your shipping label is created. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status once the package has been picked up.
